The terms below govern the contractual relation between you
(‘our customer’) & JVmorris.
1. Scope of
Agreement
It is believe that by registering on our website
www.jvmorris.net, the customer agrees with all terms specified
in this contract. The contract is established as soon as a
confirmatory report of the username & password required to
use JVmorris services has been sent by JVmorris to the
customer via e-mail & SMS to his/her phone
2. Usage of the SMS
service
2.1 Authorization &
Authentication
After the customer has completed online registration, a
username and password will be sent to the customer via
e-mail.
This log-in information serves as identification of
the customer to JVmorris. JVmorris will perform no further
authentication of the customer’s identity thereafter.
2.2 Change of
password
The customer is required to change the default password that
will be sent by JVmorris to his e-mail immediately after first
log-in to his delight else he is denied access to JVmorris’s
SMS
services.
Thereafter, he is responsible for careful use & storage of
the username & password. We urge the customer to change
his password regularly & take other appropriate measures
to prevent misuse or theft f his log-in information.
NOTE: The customer bears true allegiance to all
website activities which can be traced to his username &
password as having been performed by the customer
himself
3. JVmoris’s Services &
Transmission
JVmorris
is an independent IT company and provides SMS services to the
customers as described on the website http://www.jvmorris.net/
3.1 Access to JVmorris
JVmorris
provides SMS services on the website http://www.jvmorris.net/ 7days a week, 24 hours a day.
NOTE: In other to use the SMS service of JVmorris, the customer must
obtain access to the World Wide Web,
3.2 SMS Transmission
3.2.1
Delivery
The customer acknowledges that
JVmorris delivers SMS messages to all telecom companies &
mobile network providers in Africa & Europe
nations
The customer should also acknowledge that the
delivery of SMS messages is accountable to the
following:
i. Provided recipient phone is switched on
at the time of sending message or within 24hours from when the
message is sent.
ii. The phone is
located in an area covered by his subscribed network provider.
iii. The subscribed network
provider must support SMS delivery.
3.2.2
Large Volume
Transmission
Owing to the part of Mobile network providers, large SMS
account (greater than 50,000meassages per day) may be
subjected to delays.
Hence, the customer
must acknowledge this & agrees to communicate his intent
to transmit such volumes to JVmoris at least 5 business days
in advance to ensure all delivery take place without
disruptions.
3.3 Message
Privacy
The customer
acknowledges that SMS message content is transmitted
unencrypted & that eavesdropping of mobile phone
communications, including SMS deliver, by third parties is
possible.
3.4 Technical Modification
JVmorris reserves the right to enhance,
develop & modify services & contents on its website at
anytime without prior notice.
4. Customer’s Liability
4.1
Disruptions &
damages
If the customer
causes damages or disruptions of the website or system
applications of JVmoris by bad intent, he becomes liable for
all direct & incidental consequences & associated
cost
4.2 SMS Content
The customer assumes full responsibility for the content of
SMS messages transmitted by him or by a third party
exceptional to the direct support by JVmoris
The Customer agrees to abide to all laws & regulations
applicable to the content & intent of SMS messages
transmitted by him & assumes liability for all
consequences & cost arising out of offenses against such
regulations
4.4
Termination
You
agree that JVmorris in its sole discretion may terminate your
password, account, if for any reason JVmorris believes that
you have violated by sending messages containing offensive,
violent, pornographic or acted inconsistently with the letter
of the terms of Usage.
5. Accounting
5.1 SMS
Debit
JVmorris
debits transmitted SMS Messages from the customer’s online
account, according to its transmission log & kind of
package or platform the customer chooses
5.2 Account
Balance
JVmorris
provides a comprehensive analysis of the status of your
account balance by clicks
6. Complaint
All complaints
must be directed to JVmorris, complaints@jvmorris.net within 7
business days of event causing objection.
7. Interpretation
If any term of
this agreement is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the
remaining portions shall not be affected. You are expected to
comply with all laws, regulations, Obligation which apply to
you or be penalize by no.4.4 terms of service.
Please note that this agreement may not be
modified, except in writing signed by an authorized user of
JVmorris. |
